Transportation

Our province and the surrounding regions offers a variety of transportation options, including an international airport, public buses, taxis, and car rental services. Public transport is efficient and affordable, making it easy to move around the area.

Jerez Airport (XRY)

This is a small airport with good train connections to the city of Cádiz (about 40 min), Line C1, no prior reservation required. It's the most convenient if you have direct flight. There are not many airlines or destinations, but Germany is one of the countries with wich it is best connected. The direct flights to Germany are: Düsseldorf (Eurowings and Tuifly), Frankfurt (Tuifly), Hannover (Tuifly) and Stuttgart (Tuifly). There are also direct flights to Belgium: Brussels (Tuifly) and Iceland: Keflavik (Icelandair). There are also daily flights from Barcelona (vueling) and Madrid (airnostrum) for connections.

Sevilla Airport (SVQ)

This airport has many more destinations than Jerez and is also well connected to Cádiz. If you are flying to Sevilla, the best option to get to Cádiz is to take the bus "Airport - Sevilla city center". Stop at Santa Justa train station and take the train to Cádiz from there (about 1h30m). It is highly recommended to book your train ticket in advance.

Málaga Airport (AGP)

This is one of the largest airport in Spain, with several international destinations. However, the connections to Cadiz are not easy. We suggest trying to reach Cádiz via one of the other two airports. If this isn't possible,  the easiest way to get to Cadiz is probably by train Malaga-Sevilla-Cádiz.
